1. From the date of purchase, the customer will have a free warranty within two years and three months (the customer needs to provide the product barcode as the warranty certificate, and the free warranty time is actually two years. The total time, transportation time and installation time for the goods to be stored in the factory warehouse and the customer warehouse is three months). The freight for returning the repaired products to the factory during the warranty period will be borne by Rattop Electronics, and the freight for returning to the customer. If the customer has the ability to repair, you can contact our company, after confirmation, we can provide free repair materials. 2. For machines over two years and three months old (with product bar code as proof), if there is a quality failure, we will carry out paid warranty, charge material fees according to the degree of damage, and take care of the round-trip freight by the customer. If the customer has the ability to repair the product, you can contact our company. After confirmation, only need to provide replacement accessories, our company will provide accessories for a fee. 3, whether it is inside or outside the warranty period, the equipment needs to be refurbished, refurbishment costs and packaging costs borne by the customer.

No matter whether the speaker is within the free warranty period or not, in principle, the speaker products will not be returned to the factory, and the faulty accessories will be identified by the customer (the speaker is mainly composed of transformer and speaker unit, and the customer can directly detect and judge the fault problem, and after confirmation by the company's after-sales service department, the accessories can be provided for replacement free of charge). 2. For loudspeakers with a warranty period of more than one year and three months, if there is a quality failure, the company will carry out a paid warranty. In principle, loudspeaker products do not need to be returned to the factory, and material fees will be charged according to the degree of damage. The customer will identify the faulty accessories and the company's after-sales service department will confirm that our company can provide the accessories to the customer for a fee. 3. The speaker is a mature product. For example, in the same project, if the speaker fails twice or more in the same place, the charge will start for the second time during the warranty period.
1. Product damage caused by incorrect operation and use, and product damage caused by human factors are not free maintenance during the warranty period. 2. Equipment damage caused by line aging and short circuit is not free maintenance during the warranty period. Products that exceed the free warranty period will only enjoy paid maintenance services. 4. For products whose warranty label is torn, altered on the warranty card or whose warranty label is indistinct, only paid maintenance services are provided. 5. If the product fails to be used, maintained or stored in accordance with the requirements of the instructions for use of Rattop electronic products, and causes product failure or damage, only paid maintenance services will be provided. 6. Products that are disassembled, repaired or modified without the permission of the manufacturer cause faults or damages (such as appearance deformation, disassembly of cooling fan or heat sink, messy process, residual solder on PCB board, etc.), and only paid maintenance services are provided. 7, due to accidents, improper operation and irresistible natural factors caused by product damage (performance: product surface scratches, components burned or lost, PCB board deformation and various collision scars, etc.), only provide paid maintenance services. 8. For products damaged due to improper transportation, use and storage of users (such as moisture and corrosion, mechanical damage, etc.), only paid maintenance services are provided.
